 Chef Martin Perez has won many awards for his fabulous culinary artistry. Chef Martin explains “Osteria is a pioneer of fine food and Italian cuisine, and we’re perfectionists” he says, referring particularly to pasta. “It’s important the pasta be cooked perfectly al dent or it loses a lot of its flavor and tastes watery. You need to taste the flour of the pasta when it’s mixed with the sauce, not the soupy blandness you get when its overcooked.” His Tantalizing Tagliarini is one of the restaurants best sellers.
